- website, domain, content-delivery, hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare;
- form-transmission providers, including FormSubmit, which forwards website form submissions to our email;
- email, cloud-storage, IT, communications, accounting and business-software providers;

- couriers, technology providers and operational partners where relevant to a requested or contracted service;
- government authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where required or permitted by law; and

WhiteNova does not sell or rent personal data.
7. International data transfers

- General enquiries: ordinarily up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a business relationship begins or a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal obligation.
- Client, contract, billing and approval records: throughout the business relationship and ordinarily up to 10 years after it ends, subject to applicable legal, accounting, tax, audit and claims requirements.
- Technical and security logs: ordinarily up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required to investigate an incident, prevent abuse or comply with law.
- Consent, objection and rights-request records: for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and honour the relevant preference or request.
When retention is no longer necessary, data will be deleted, destroyed, anonymised or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law.
